Started a diet and . [healthy diet] [multivitamin]
Its been going very well. I am a 18 years old man who was around 202 pounds on January 1st, and now Im around 186. Admittedly, much of it was due to the water, but probably something like half of it (at least) was fat. What I do is to limit my calories – and make sure that I generally eat a healthy diet, along with a multivitamin about every other day. Plus lots of water.
I swim five days a week (LAP), and sometimes for a little jog or use a stationary bike.
So many things seem to go well.
One question I had: I have this weird taste in my mouth often – it is somewhat bitter. It is not very strong, but still. (And it will not go away if I gargle or eat). Im not scared, but I was just curious to know what it was (as Im sure it has something to do with weight loss).
In fact, I think I read once that when the body breaks down body fat a chemical that is released into the bloodstream . and that is what can lead to bad taste or bad breath. Is this the case?
Thanks.
