3 weeks diet and exercise no results? [calories] [amp]
Im a 18-year maleFor the last 3 weeks ive been running 5-6 days a week, roughly 3.5 miles per dayand for the last week doing intense liftingIve my calories under 2000 and held ive seen no results.
