Im on Atkins, still in induction, but have found that here in Canada, it was difficult without sugar and aspartame free products available. So, if I cut out sugar and caffeine, how bad is it to keep aspartame in my diet? Anyone know of a good source to read on aspartame? Thanks [Continue]
