So Im cutting all my caloric intake about 400 calories per day. For about four days I felt great . as it was really the difference. However, the last few days I feel like I eat too much and bloated everytime I eat (though im still the same amount of intake CALs . possibly a few more) Why is this and will this change? If everyone always says too much value on the scale, why not Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig and other weight loss clinics always weigh you every week ? I have worked my butt off in the gym six days a week doing three weight classes, training classes, Pilates classes 2 and at least 30 - 45 minutes cardio every day.
