Im just starting to work out hardcore 3 weeks ago. I would be the group exercises school 5 times a week. Each session is 1 hour. I have really healthy food, plenty of fruit and vegetables, carbohydrates and some protien. My daily calorie intake varies from 900-1300 per day. So how come I havent lost weight? Suggestions? Hey everyone I just started on the Atkins program after a thorough review of his book and such things. Its amazing I do not seem to solve all the power to do. Hello everyone, I started the Atkins diet and response questions about foods to eat. IT says to stay away from carbs and have max 20grams per day. In the book that comes with the package is for breakfast many different combos, but all with eggs. Eating fish without breading was really hard for me. I tried tartare sauce and all, but just not the same taste without the breading. Does anyone know a recipe that I can use for breading fish and chicken, without the frying and without the carbs and calories tons? [Continue]

Im so much about reducing carbs as a way to lose weight read and burn body fat. But when I was too heavy, I cut fat and watched my calorie intake and ended up losing 50 pounds, and I am now a healthy weight.My problem now is that I want to lose body fat.
