I weigh 129 and have a small frame - try to get down to 109 or so. 9 have lost nine pounds only to regain them. Can not seem to get that under nine pounds no matter what. Ok I confess I can not diet. No matter what I try I can not seem to stick with it. I have no problems with training. My worst times are when I get home from work, Im at work all day on my feet in heels and when I get home I just want to sit and cry my puppies to rest.
