Im looking for 5 to 10 pounds lost. I think Ive always had high metabolism, but im not so sure it is not so high, because lately Ive been gaining weight. My weight is a constant issue in my life since I was a junior in high school - that was the first time I reached my ideal weight after gaining weight in high school for a few years. I have hypothyroidism and initialy gained 30 pounds in two months span. Im 15 and about two times more but I lost my medicine to be higher and I ended up gaining weight. Its a long way to lose weight. I was wondering if anyone else has a similar prob and if they were able to lose weight? [Continue]

HI. I am May 5 and 150 pounds. I want to weigh 125 or so. During three weeks, I ate right and cut about 1000 calories per day. I was gaining weight, so that calories were all I need. I am addicted to sunflower seeds and nuts. I have to eat them while watching TV and mostly at night. It is bad? Is there a certain amount I can eat without worrying about gaining weight? Thanks a bunch! [Continue]

Fast Weight Gain System.Reply:I've tried the three bite rule where you take three bites of what you are craving and that should cure it… but three bites turns into a full meal so that doesn't work too well. i think im gonna try the splenda candy and jello. thanks again dave!
