Sounds like a stupid / obvious question but I wanted to know what others were specifically looking for once they have reached their ultimate goal weight. Are you doing this primarily for health reasons? In a mini skirt that you used to wear? To run a marathon? What are your dreams / ambitions and what have you decided the time was now to change? 15 times your weight is the amount of calories the consumer to maintain your weight. Correct? So say im 105 pounds. 105 x 15 = 1575 calories a day (to maintain my weight) If once I get to my goal weight of 105 pounds, I can eat 1575 CALs and I will maintain, correcto? Thanks [Continue]

Hi, Ive been doing okay with my weight loss plan. I made a few small changes, and it seemed to work. I lost 10 pounds and I weigh 115 now. That was my goal, but Im still looks really weak!
