Ok, Im about 50 pounds overweight. Im on a diet and exercise. I do cardio and strength training. I have read that some people have trying to lose weight, everything into muscle. I do not want this. Hey guys. I am 7 to 13 pounds (I should be happy at either) away from my goal weight. I can not seem to get there. I did the 6 small meals a day thing, cut the calories thing.
