Hi, 2 weeks on CLA for me. no change no weight loss.stuck on a plateau in recent weeks. still practicing. I know when I went to the DR in October its scale is five pounds more than mine so it will really let down.thiss really hard when you stop, because we all try so damn loseing hard.nothing left to do but To hang in.I Pizza . Ive been dieting for over a month now, and Im just wondering if there is a plateau will hate me? I know they are normal, so Im telling myself not to freak if / when that happens. Hi Im about 118 pounds and 54 and 20 years old. Ive lost 10 pounds in May from the South Beach diet, but I still feel fat, I have fat on my sides and my legs now look bigger than my torso. Im steadily losing, but remained the same weight now for a few months. Is it possible, I set my goal too low and my body is enough to say. Not sure what my highest weight was 215 + lbs guess. How does your body know when youve reached the ideal weight? Im afraid that my body thinks 144 is ideal (and not me!). In other words, a plateau may mean that I can not lose? Im already much lighter than this, so I know that it is possible, but I do not want to starve me to get there. [Continue]
