I heard from someone that if you walk / run on a treadmill you can do to lose weight in your legs, back . Is that correct? Ive also heard people say you can walk on the treadmill, but you dont get to pick where you lose fat, because it was lost over the body . So what is it? : Roll Eyes: [Continue]

i hav a pretty good one, but im not very consistent w / ID, but its use as 2.i want 2 lose about 5-10 pounds. I wanan proove my friend wrong. He lost a few pounds while using his treadmill. The strange thing is that he wore a jacket while jogging on the treadmill. He claims that if he wears a jacket that he will be hotter and sweat more, and somehow that burns fat faster. I said are not true and just himself he would wear. Who is right? [Continue]

My tread mill is broken for a while and its too hot outside to jog and I love the exercise of the people. so it might as well be jogging in place as in my house? I would assume it would be just as beneficial as jogging on a treadmill? [Continue]
