I started Slim Fast and take his faithful. I also started walking on the treadmill and take yoga. This was all at the beginning of last week. I weighed 247 when I started. I wanted to about 10 pounds to lose. So I thought I would try Trimspa. Well, I thought that all I really did was get rid of water weight and bloating that I have. I started last Wednesday and SBP for the first time in a long time scale is in motion. I lost 5 pounds and Im sure that water is the weight thats cool with me. It keeps me motivated.
