Someone told me I was eating too much fruit and not enough bread, potatoes, rice + +. Reply:There are different things that work for different people. What you are doing might work great for you. Counting calories works for other people.
For me, "eating less" works. I don't count calories or fats. I don't shy away from any particular food (for the most part). I simply eat less of regular every day foods. [Continue]
