Hi! I see a lot of information about the exercise that says you should exercise 3-5 days a week. I will do bad to my body when I do it six or seven days a week? I am not trying to lose weight like muscle. Im not trying to do quickly or for a specific reason . I want to train all and myself back in (I like it, Im just not usually very motivated). [Continue]

Ive been lifting, so Im a little nervous, sweaty, etc. I was wondering how much of a difference in the break between sets and repetitions you? I kept it in 40 seconds or less today, both between sets and reps and Im pretty exhausted. It used to be much easier to get motivated to train because I alreay feel good about myself. Now I get hit by someone every few weeks or so and my motivation drops and the eating goes up. I am currently working with a personal trainer to show me for my wedding. My biggest problem is that my stomach pouch and love handles. The training seems to go well and Im actually doing pretty well to stay away from eating candy and smart. Heres the problem . at night I really hungry.
