Taking CLA not long after taking Chitosan [cla] [big time]
I take my meals chitosan and CLA was not so long after that. Is Chitosan absorbs the CAO? is a fat solubule vitamin? I feel that my belly is getting flatter all, but Ive cut back on food BIG TIME!

My bottle of CLA says "Do not combine with chitosan-based weight loss products". Maybe you should do a little research on the reason. Could be dangerous. JMHO. :jester:
