Tenuate Phentermine U.S. [tenuate] [phentermine]
Anyone out there try both? Im Phentermine and lost 34 pounds. but it starts to lose its effectiveness since I so long. I was wondering how to compare Tenuate Phentermine and if I try it now instead. Thank you.
Reply:my hair is falling out and i think its from taking phentermine, I have a bald spot on the front now.
Reply:For those new to phentermine, you might try 3 weeks on and one week off. My doctor told me it takes longer for it to loose its effectiveness that way. It might work for someone that has been on it awhile too and taking it everyday…. Phen is one of those that does not stay effective for long and if you ever go back on it again in the future, it tends not to work quite as well as the first time around.

I was wondering how long you have been on Phentermine? I too have noticed its not working as well for me. What mg. are you on and how many times a day do you take it? I am on 30mgs. and was wondering if it would be safe to take two at a time? It seems to wear off at the end of the day. What do you think? Congrats on 34 pounds, do you exersise as well?
Reply:I can't answer your question because i'm on phentermine as well, but you lost 34 with it? Do you take it everyday ? I know you said that it's not working as well, but try only taking it on the weekdays. I started doing that and for some reason i think it's still in your body on the weekends so you don't eat as much, and by monday morning it's out. But it also tricks your body and makes it realize your not taking it everyday so when you do take it it still works just as effectively, I hope that helps in working with what you have since i can't help with the tenuate… :wave:
