The Firm – Exercise help [whole time] [exercises]
I recently bought the company a series, and I have trouble following what the exercises.
Is do there anywhere that can explain how to do the movements? They just do things without even explaining how to do and I Spens all the time trying to see what they do.
Reply:I have the CardioSculpt and BodySculpt series with the fanny lifter. Is that the one you are talking about? I found some of the moves on the CardioSculpt to be confusing especially when she goes so fast. What I did was to follow slow and not worry about how fast she was going. You can either rewind and start over until you get it or just keep moving. When she was doing those traveling squats and leg lifts I would do it standing in place until I got the gist of it, at least that way you are doing something.
She says to watch "Libby" I believe for beginners, although it is hard to watch Libby when the camera is not on her. Just take it slow and don't worry about getting it perfect it will come to you eventually. Just keep moving!
You could also sit on the couch and watch it over and over, take a day to just keep rewinding and trying the moves that you find hard to follow.
