I The Firm exercise program – the one with the Fanny Lifter and bar. Im not a gym near me, so I thought this might be a good idea. Just wanted your opinion on it first. For those of you who have used, what did you think of it. The website says youll notice a difference in 10 courses.

Reply:The FIRM is no joke!! If you're serious about getting in shape…I recommend it. I agree with guy, my butt looks great, and it's because of the FIRM! You will really see results in after at least 10 workouts, if not sooner.

I bought the tapes and for me it was WAY to hard. I haven't excercised in years and it just wasn't do-able. My stamina and muscle strenght was zilch and it was frustartiing fo rme. But I do think for someone still in half way decent shape and has excercised at least a little bit in the recent past it is a great looking workout. For me, I needed to start slower.

i've been using the firm- i also belong to a gym and i have to say that the tape (maximum body shaping) is more difficult. i really notice a difference. try the 5 day abs- it's several very short ab workouts and they will really make you work.

Reply:I've been doing The Firm workout since the first tape came out, probably about 12 years now. I'm 38, and can honestly say that guys still check out my butt! It is the only workout program that hasn't bored me to tears. Only proper eating helps you lose a lot weight, but it definately helps with toning and muscle retention. If you are not currently exercising, you will notice a difference in 10 workouts.

Reply:The Firm is great! I noticed my thighs and butt getting firmer at the end of the 2 week. It's a workout though, I tell ya. The instuctors do NOT play. I'm going to restart it tomorrow along with my walking on alternate days.
