The removal of these carbohydrates [green vegetables] [carbs]

Hi, what diet
carb count is still in it? I am a carb person and I tried to go without for the just made me binge . I lost weight to Curves [30 minutes workout] at least four times a week . Im stuck with this program for some time, but I think if I could get rid of some of the I would end a lot faster . I have also heard that some are not good for you, someone knows what they are?


Reply:Yes, the south beach diet is amazing. I might try to use some of their ideas for my diet… Better go read the book, but from what I've heard it's a good diet.

Reply:Glad to see that there are people for low carb diet!!!! I love it it has worked for me I was on ATKINS for like 4 weeks lost 15lbs ! now Im jus watching my carb intake rather than the atkins thing as a whole but Im very satisfied with it. The world is CARB CRAZY LOL which makes it easier to still enjoy the good things in life like bread and pasta but with anything I portion my food and I dont indulge in the sweet carb things. I drink water only and take splenda everywhere I go so I can make lemonade when I m out eating. Exersice is 1 thing that will always enhance weightloss and a good multivitamin! GOOD LUCK TO YOU:) SW 220 CW 195 GW 175 since 4/15/04 and NO its not water weight!!!!lol

Reply:There are many plans that allow more than Atkins. They all have the same idea but are structured somewhat differently. Some people have success with one but not others, so it can take a little experimenting. Most have websites (just search low carb diet) or browse through the library.

Reply:I was doing Atkins, but plateaued after losing 8 pounds. I've switched to South Beach. It allows you to have breads and pastas, but they're whole grain ones. It also allows fruits, which I really missed on Atkins. I just started, but am happy so far. I changed to South Beach because it was lower in fat. Women on birth control may have a hard time on Atkins b/c of how the estrogen causes you to store fat, something Atkins allows you to eat a lot of. South Beach stresses eating lower fat-foods. Hopefully, it will do the trick for me. I personally like whole grain breads and enjoy whole wheat pasta, so think South Beach is good for me personally. If you can't go without , it may be for you. Check out their website.

Reply:The South Beach Diet allows more and different allowed on their plan than like Atkins. Try doing a search about it on line. All else fails, just do low carb. Map out a plan that works for you. How many a day you will allow and slowly work your way from to many . Good Luck!
