Things I have in my diet change [fructose corn syrup] [high fructose corn syrup]
I keep tweaking my diet to find what works best for me and when I research and am learning new things.
1-don t eliminate fat. Enjoy your good fats generously.
2-processed foods at all costs. This is tough, but can make a world of difference. Especially since most processed foods these days use high fructose corn syrup, even in innocent-while foods choices
3 whole is a good idea, much to react to wheat and it keeps them fat, plus lots of whole grains that you . have it . high fructose corn syrup. Ezekiel bread made from sprouts, is a much better choice.
My diet is a diet low glycemic index also reflects the above.
Reply:That sounds like a good plan to me. I find that when I include fats in my diet (yes, even a little sour cream every now and then won't hurt you), not only do I lose weight, but my skin is always smooth, hydrated and glowing. I, too, react to whole grains. I know they are healthy but they tend to spark binges with me. If I eat one piece of whole grain bread or a bowl of oatmeal, I'm binging on cookies or donuts a few hours later. So, unfortunately, I have to avoid the grains as much as possible. So, it's basically meat and veggies for me. I'm a big guy so sometimes it's hard for me to fill up on meat & veggies and it's very challenging for me to get through the day without some of the so-called "good carbs".
