This body is weak and slow [weight lifter] [atkins diet]
I was wondering if you can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. I had heard somewhere that you need to lose fat then gain muscle. I started the Atkins diet. Mind you Im not trying to look like a weightlifter or something, but Im also trying to get the D u0026 D, avoiding bony boy. (Not to offend, I D D u0026) . Just some muscle tone? Anyways, you can exercise to get rid of fat in certain areas? or is it just weight in general. If more than 30 minutes of exercise a day, you will lose weight faster? As with two sets of 30 exercise 30 min instead of 1? Does weight lifting help you lose weight?
