This is a good breakfast? [diced apples] [whole wheat pita bread]
I was wondering whether this is a nutritious breakfast b / c I really do not want to stay for dinner if it is not. Im eating a slice of 100% whole wheat pita bread stuffed with diced 2 apples and baked in the oven for about 15 minutes. Should I eat all these carbs for breakfast or is this a healthy meal and I will burn carbohydrates during the day? The part of the pita-bread is 160 calories, 0 grams fat and 32 grams of carbohydrates. Not really sure about the apples (they are medium)
Reply:Its a nice breakfast if you add some snacks between your meals and switch your breakfast up…dont let your body get used to taking in the same stuff over and over again
Reply:You certainly can and will bennefit from adding some protein into your breakfast. I would reccomend adding an egg substitute or just eating the egg whites.

Throw in one egg adding only 80 calories but some minimal protein to get you through lunch. You will be less hungry too.

I would add some kind of protein like a glass of soy or cows milk or something, then it would sound really balanced. Or perhaps some eggs?
