TIA

Reply:my doc finally wrote me a script for it the other day. he said one month and thats it. he said its only temporary, and its too addicting….. all i know is i'm on it for 2 days and feel FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!! i forget to eat and obviously am not tired anymore!
is it really only safe for a month?

Reply:I am curious – did it help you at all? Has it stopped working? Are you tempted to take more in hopes that you will increase its effectiveness?

I've been taking off and on for about a year. I've lost about 40 lbs. but I've been on a plateau for a couple of months. They say is only good for 3 months then you have to go off of it. I went off and restarted after a month but it still didn't do any good. I've also tried taking 1.5 pills a day (37.5mg each)but again, no good. All I can say is that it does work but you'd better have a back up plan for when it's over.

Reply:I am not on it, but it is NOT recommended that you stay on it for more than 3-4 weeks. Anything beyond that will result in some addictive effects for many people. Are you working with a doctor? One of the reasons this drug should only be used under a doctor's supervision is so that you can get help getting OFF of it.
