Timing of calories? [1300 calories] [snack]

Does it matter when I spent most of my calories to consume? I 57vrouwelijke 130 lbs. I started eatting 1000- per day. I have about 350 for breakfast, 100, lunch 300, 100, 200-300 and dinner. Im usually around 800 calories consumed by 2 in the afternoon. I must wait until about 300 later . Is this a problem to lose about a pound or two a week?

That sounds like a pretty good way to get the pound a week you want.

Within the realm of total calories, you can pretty much choose what and when to eat. Make it convenient for YOU so that you can continue without adding grief to your life.

If we make the schedule hard or unnatural, we don't last too long on a diet.

Reply:I have lost about 30 lbs eating small meals several times a day. It is working for me. Watch your carb intake. Don't try to go carb free but don't have too many at one time because it peaks your glucose….for expample, if you want a bagel I have had done really well by cutting it into four sections and eating a little at a time. I am sensative to carbs when dieting, but I find this a great way to go for me. To be honest, if I was 5'7 and weighted 130 I would be jumping for joy…good luck and eat balanced….

you may want to have foods that will stay with you and takes a while for digesting on your last meal, and also exercise you should lose what you want to.
What was your calorie intake before you wanted to start loseing a pound or two?… thing is you sure don't wont to go to low 1000 cal is to low and may cause you to go into starvation mode so becareful.
I think 130lbs is just right for your height.
