Tips for making myself drink enough water. [soda] [coffee]

I only drink water. No , no tea, soft drinks and rarely if I do it is the last time I just can not myself diet.

But Drin enough water. I feel less hungry if I do not drink. Sometimes when I drink water I start nauseous.

Any tips for my required amounts of water to feel?

Reply:Is there a water cooler at work? If not then look into one of the brita bottles that filters water as you drink it.

If you like it cold and there is no water cooler, take and fill half a bottle the night before with water (or water with your piece of lemon) and then freeze it. Fill with water before you leave in the morning. The only way I can drink it is ice cold and usually with lemon. Plus, lemon is supposed to act as a natural diuretic.

I am going to buy lemon for my work water, which is when i hve the most trouble drinking it.

Reply:Hi Shel, Im the same way and I feel sick in my stomach when I try to force the water. i though I was crazy thinking how can water make you feel sick. Maybe if we do add a little lemon. I drink the water during the day but have diet tea for lunch and dinner.

Reply:Try adding a splash of fresh squeezed orange juice, or other fresh juices. Just enough to give it flavor.

Reply:When I eat out at restaurants I always get lemon for my water. I guess I should try that at home and at work eh? Also I only like my water ice cold, but then I'm cold at work……hate that!!

Reply:Hi Shel! Have you tried adding lemon or lime, or Crystal Lite? I've heard that helps – might have to try it myself!
