to look slimmer, but the same weight. [love handles] [drink lots of water]

Ok Im not someone who diets, especially because I have them always or always somehow cheating, so what I do is I eat healthy and , I never hungry but I keep myself away from really greasy stuff, like fast food and the like. I exercise about 5-6 days per week, usually dance for about an hour sometimes just half hour, because Im too lasy: angel: I look slimmer and I can see because my are gone and my stomach is not to stabbing or something but when I weight myself that I still have the same weight, I dont really care about the number as long as my stomach does to stabbing and such, but I was wondering why the number never changes? Its just the morning when it goes down 2 pounds, but then returned to the same number through the night.


Reply:haha will do :D they are vicious little things I dont really care as long as I like how I look but I weight myself constantly not to see if its lower coz it wont be but its a habit now, mom and I usually laugh our asses off when we gain one pound after drinking water of lose one after we pee :P thanks for the reply :D

I exercise about 5-6 days a week, it is mostly dance for about an hour sometimes just half hour because I am too lasy :angel: I look slimmer and I can notice because my are gone and my stomach is not sticking out or anything but when I weight myself I still weight the same, I dont really care about the number as long as my stomach doesnt stick out and such but I was just wondering why the number never changes? It only does mornings when it goes down 2 pounds, but then back to the same number by nighttime.When you diet thru good eating habits and exercise in moderation, you also gain muscle. And muscle weighs more than fat. And it's good that you don't go by the numbers. Go by how you look and how you feel. Measuring of the waist is also recommended to note progress or retrogression. Toss the scale away. :D
