Trimspa Ephedra Free [trimspa ef] [workout]
Hi – new
Im on this forum and wanted to know if anyone has used the Trimspa EF version and had success? If so, you workout with the supplement? How long and how often? What were your results?
Sorry all inundate you with so many questions, but Im about 40 pounds to lose and do not want to buy another supplement until I speak with someone who actually has used the product.
Thank you all!
Reply:What multi vitamin is time released?
Reply:Try taking a STONG TIME RELEASED multivitamin along with it and see if that will reduce your cravings. Oh yeah, I also forgot to mention on another post about trimspa is that, depending on how much weight you need to lose, it's recommended to take the trimspa for 3 months straight, then take 2 consecutive weeks off, then back on trimspa for 3 months, then 2 consecutive weeks off, etc. This is so your body won't become immune to the ingredients.
Good luck with it, I'm going to try it in about 2 weeks after I come back from vacation. I'm also going to exercise and keep my appointments with my dietitian. And knowing me, I'm going to allow myself 1 day a week to cheat, so I won't slip off and get discouraged. I'm not sure who asked, but a person shouldn't just eat what they were eating before. Also 3fatchicks.com, some people have talked about their experience with trimspa. One lady said one of her friends lost a LOT of weight with it, and another one said that her friend lost 12 lbs in 3 weeks…I guess that's good.
With anything, your body will take time to adjust, so I would give yourself about another week to see results, don't give up just yet…
I'm NOT a tabloid person at all, but I went ahead and bought the STAR tabloid magazine because it had Anna Nicole on it and she just basically said what she did with the trimspa and lost I think 60 pounds with it and 20 pounds without it, making it 80 pounds total. There was a picture in it that showed her 3 months into taking trimspa, she was a little bit smaller, but you can tell that her body was being reshaped.
I'm thinking of starting a trimspa support group…lol…hey we want this to be the last time we want to deal with weight loss.
So if anyone is interested let me know.

Well, I have been taking trimspa for three days now.. (3 pills a day) they do not freak me out or make me feel gittery or anything but I am still hungry all the time and have cravings. Maybe it takes longer for my body to adjust to the pills? I'm not sure but I am starting to think that I just bought into another scam.. and the pills are expensive. 30 bucks for 60. I guess I will give it a full week and see how I feel.

Reply:I am also debating if I should take it or not. So any info is highly appreciated. I researched it a bit on their website, but I am not sure if I want to try another diet pill…diet pills kinda freak me out. I did notice that they sure do not give you that many pills in a bottle. If you are taking 6 pills a day ( I would only take 3) than 1 bottle is a 10 day supply!
Reply:Anna Nicole Smith is one their website because she lost a ton of weight with the pills. Check it out. She is looking good again.
Reply:Hi, I am also new to this board, (1st time posting)
I just bought Trimspa EF today and am going to start using it tomorrow, so I cant tell you if it works or not, but I am going to give it a try. I have tried many many many different things to lose weight and apparently none have worked or I wouldnt need to be trying this. I had been off and on the Atkins diet since January and I had lost 35 LB's but since I have been going "on and off" I have put 12 of it back on. So it is time to try something else.(wish I could just do it without a plan or gimmick) but I figure it is better to keep trying then to keep "growing". So since I couldnt answer any of your questions.. I could at least offer you luck and support in what ever means you choose to reach your goal.
God speed…
