Trimspa Tracking Progress (and perhaps Lipovarin) [appetizer] [waitress]

I started Trimspa yesterday, took three pills the size of the day and just the first of the day. I can not say I saw much of a difference energy wise, but I certainly feel less hungry. I am a and was dead at work, and when he is slow, I tend to quite a bit of bread Munch and will be an to be here and there, and tonight I feel like I should have, because I bored me, but . believe that looking at the menu, just like I have nothing. So yay for. Let us hope that not all mental. haha. Anyway, I want my experience here as SEEM That has a lot of 2 / 3 days to track the user reviews, but nobody really keeps everyone updated on the whole experience. I also just ordered a bottle of Lipovarin, as I have heard many good things about, and I decided to stop and switch Trimspa, or perhaps alternate, or just wait until Im done with Trimspa. In any case, this is my starting point information:
Female
21 years old
54 “
158/160 lbs. (Last time I weighed about 160, but my friend seems to think that I have lost weight since then, so lets just say that general area).

Wish me luck and I would love a fellow user would track their progress with me consistantly, not just one or two updates! It would be nice to have the equations.

Have greaet one day!
PS I have the pill took about 20 minutes ago, and was hungry when I found it. The rumbling already gone and I feel like I just had a bowl of cereal, or eat maybe half a little yogurt. But certainly not much more than that.

Reply:Ok, I stink, I haven't been keeping up….but it's been a about a week and a half on trimspa, with one day of Lipovarin in there, and I have lost nearly 4 pounds , which, considering my diet has been great and I have been exercising at least 5 days a week, is abotu the normal rate. So nothing miraculous yet.

Reply:I got my Lipovarin yesterday and I can't decide what to do, whether I should switch or wait tille I run out of TrimSpa. I'm not going through them as quickly as people are saying they did because I'm taking no more than four a day, usually only two or three, but I am really curious about the Lipovarin's effects. Perhaps I'll give it another week or two…I will have started taking them a week on Saturday. Anyway, in regards to the TrimSpa, I have continuously taken them. Usually only once or twice a day, I find that when I get up,I'm not too hungry, so I wait a while, until around 11 or so, and then take the pills, eat, and that will last me through the day, and if it doesn't I take a couple more. But I am noticing a difference in my hunger levels.

Reply:I am a 15 yearold daughter of a 44 yearold mother . When my mom first tried trimspa she was pretty skeptic over the whole thing ; but wanted to lose weight badly. She was atleast around 145-150 when she first started, now she is about 130 (or so she tells me lol; first started: 5-7 weeks ago).I have seen a big difference in her stomach, legs, and face (none has lost around the butt area).Im not sure if its the pills that is helping but also she is working out(time to time) and eating healthier. I hope this has encouraged you to stay on trimspa or anything like that.I hope everything works out.

(The one thing she loves is Mcdonalds Grilled chicken caesar salad ; very tasty and she is rather picky with what she eats when it comes to salads with chicken in it )

Reply:well, I really liked them but they run out in like 2 weeks and they're expensive. So I got off and I was so hungry I gained back five lbs. But now I just exercise and in 2 days I 've lost a pound. So I'm gonna try 2 do it healthy and exercise. Good luck to you guys.

Frisco1~
Well i just wanted to say i'm in the same exact boat as you same height and same weight I would like to get to 120 too!!! I thought that was pretty funny. But i'd be amazed at myself if i can get to 125.

Reply:I just want to say that I don't know whether it's the TrimSpa, or the fact that I kicked my exercising into high gear, but boy did I find a surprise at the gym this morning…
yesterday I weighed in at 166.6 (heavier than i had thought I was) and this morning I was 165, same scale, same workout outfit so no extra or less clothing, and I did it both times right after working out. I'm completely amazed. yes I realize that our weight tends to fluctuate on a day to day basis, but nearly 2 pounds in 24 hours?! I don't think it changes THAT much. Whatever it is, it makes me very happy, to say the least. Anyway…in regards to the whole diary thing or creating a following, I just have seen a lot of people asking about various products and wanted to offer my experience to help others out and also hear for my own experience, other people's stories. So sorry to the moderators, I suppose I just phrased my initial post wrong.

Reply:Hello everyone! I've been taking Trimspa for a week and nothing has happened. I'm still hungry. I workout 5 days a week. I have cut out alot of carbs and nothing! I drink tons of water and still nothing. My clothes are tight and uncomfortable. I'm 27 years old 5'4 and 140lbs. I want to lose 20lbs to get back to where I was almost two years ago which was 120 lbs. I also stopped smoking 8 months ago so I don't know if that has something to do with me not losing weight! I can tell you this it's making me extremely depressed. I've worked so hard for the past five months and I have not lost a thing. I do not know where to go from here! Maybe start smoking again!
But that is my experience so far with Trimspa.

Reply:Hi,
I tried trimspa for about three weeks, i think i only lost maybe two pounds….I think i was more hungry on trimspa than i was just not taking any diet pills…..Also i did a 30 minute workout almost every day….If it works for you great…..
Now that i'm off Trimspa i go to Curves[30 minute workout] and eat right….I think i lost more weight this way and feel healthier….

Reply:Hey Stuckinarut,
I am so glad to find someone else using trimspa. There are so many boards with Lipovarin users. Well I lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks with trimspa. But i ran out and with 3 days of not taking it i gained 4 lbs back. Although I did pig out cuz of memorial day weekend. But I'm debating whether i should buy it again or not. But just wanted to let u know about my experience.

Reply:…I would love if fellow users would track their progress along with me consistantly and not just one or two updates! It would be nice to have the comparisons.

Reply:Yesterday for some reason, I had more of an appetite than I did on day 1. I found myself snacking on breads at work once again. Though not constantly, and did have a salad. I was hiding the TrimSpa from my boyfriend and he heard the rattling of pills in my bag and asked what it was, I showed him after he put up a stink and he chuckled and asked why I'd waste my money on something like that, so I was a bit upset too which certainly added to my wanting to eat.

I want to perhaps go with the low carb thing except that I have a very very difficult time avoiding them…I love bread, pasta, rice, cereal….I can hardly go a meal without one of them. Does anyone have any tips on how to get paset these cravings?

At any rate, that is how day 2 of TrimSpa went. Not as great as I would have liked, but still eating less than normal.
