: Wave: Hi everyone . Ive been reading through these posts and try to get to a point overlooking both Trimspa u0026 Corti Slim . Im looking for about 10-15 pounds to loose and not in a certain time frame . I would like to know which is better for you and has better results? If anyone has tried both or know firsthand about one of these items . let me know. Thank You: D
Reply:This is my fourth day on trimspa and I am already down 3 pounds. Whats even better then the weight loss is the amount of energy i have. Normally at work around 2pm I start getting tired but now I have enough energy to carry me through the day. It has even been helping with my excercise program typically I hate working out, and today I was actually disappointed that it was raining and I couldn't go for my 3 mile walk.
Reply:I havent seen it in stores.
Reply:Neither one worked for me and I really tried. Now I'm trying Zetacap aka the gastic bypass pill but I have alot more weight to lose than you.
Reply:I used to take the original Metabolife 356 with ephedra…I loved it and lost about 35 lbs. and have been able to keep it off…I haven't found anything like it that I liked and I only want to take it for energy and to keep the weight off. Is this available in stores at all or just online?
Reply:A few years ago I took Metabolife 356 and lost about ten pounds.
I recently started taking hydroxy-stac – found it at bingproducts and am really liking it. I have only been taking it for a week but am already noticing a difference.
I'm not sure if I've ever heard of this "Hydroxy-stac"? Is that the correct spelling and can you tell me more about it…I've been taking this lean system 7 and although I haven't lost anything I feel ok …I'm interested more about this hydroxy stuff. I've taken the original Hydroxy cut and didn't care for it…I got the shakes and didn't feel very well on it. Thanks for any info
Reply:I tried them BOTH and they did not work. The CortiSlim I tried for two months straight and the only difference I felt while drinking it, was my upper back pain, as weired as it sounds, it went away while I was taking the CortiSlim. As soon as I stopped, it came back.
Reply:Relacore really helped with my mood and energy without feeling jittery, not neccesarly for weight loss, but it helped me increase my exercise routine! I swear by anorex-sf because it really helped curb my appetite without any jitters since it is stimulant free. Once again, I don't think it works on weight all by itself, but it does help. I take the 2 combined and have been pleased. Hope this helps!

Reply:I am 19, around 240lb. I started trimspa yesterday morning. I didnt expect results instantly, but thats what i got. I found that it gave me so much energy i could keep up with my son and his cousin and excercise at naptime. it has taken a bite out of my snacking and helped me eat smaller portions at meal times. also i have been drinking more water. the only bad things i have found is that it makes you thirsty, really thirsty. it also kept me awake, but that could have just been my four month old son. also i feel like i have to make myself eat. make sure to take vitamins with whatever diet or pills you try.other than that, its worth the energy. i feel great. my brothers girl whom i live withhas taken the cortaslim for two days also. she and i are pretty close in size, and she has had no instant results. but we'll see.
Reply:I tried CortiSlim for 4 months – nothing! did trimspa for about 1 1/2 months – nothing! Ya got to wonder about anna nicole smith cuz i don't think it was 'trimspa baby' ! I've lost 18 lbs. by eating less and exercising more. Guess I just had to find the right combination of the two. I did find out that I was not exercising hard enough to get into my target heart rate. So, be sure to find out what yours is when you exercise and stay in that range!
Reply:I tried zantrex3 for a day. It made me soooo moody, jittery & sick I returned it. The staff at GNC told me that it was probably the amount of caffiene. I used to take xenadrine before they took the active ingredient out of it (ephedra). I ordered maxadrine online before they banned that as well. It worked but I swear it didnt work the same as xenadrine. One of the staff members at GNC recommended I try the new xenadrine but I dont see how it will work without the ephedra. I'm going to do research today & compare the new xenadrine with cortislim. You know, ingredients & all. I'll let you know which one I decide to try & how it goes. Whatever you do though, stay away from zantrex3. When I took xenadrine I would take 6 pills a day & I never had any side effects like those I had on 2 pills of the xantrex3. I LOVE that GNC has a return policy so if it doesnt work you can always exchange it for something else. I figure by the end of 6 months I'll have gone through everything.
Reply:Hi All,
I joined this forum in search of opinions on the cortisone pills (Relacore, Cortidrene, etc.). Would GREATLY appreciate any advice on these.
Thanks!
Reply:I really don't know which one I should try now…I tried Zantrex-3 once and I felt like crap…I always took Metabolife356…the original…I never had a problem with it and lost 35lbs…that was like 7 yrs.ago and I've kept it off…I just haven't found anything I like that is close to Metabolife356…
Reply:i tried Trimspa for about 1 1/2 months….didn't work at all for me. in fact it made me real jittery, i couldn't relax. i never tried cortislim.
Reply:I tried cortislim, did not see and results. I am going to try trispa. I will let you know how it goes.
Reply:I tried Trimspa and gained weight.

Maybe I should just try the cortislim…they say you loose weight by having sex anyhow…I know this would probably make my hubby happy in the long run…and the extra 10-15 I want to loose might vanish ![]()
Reply:I tried Trimspa and gained weight.

Reply:"I tried Trim Spa for a couple of months…" I would think a couple of months would be enough to see some results?
Reply:I tried Trim Spa for a couple of months didnt see any results……I didnt really give it a chance.
Reply:I WAS going to try Cortislim until I researched all kinds of stuff on diet pills, suppliments, etc. It scared me out of trying it. I am curious if anyone else is trying this stuff, because lowering the stress levels in the body sounds like a good thing, but if you research this stuff all over the net seems like there is not that many users. ? ? ?
Reply::bouncing: You mean to tell me that noone has a thought on either of these…c'mon people…I know you're out there…let me hear you please
