Trimspa x32 / Hoodia? [thanks in advance] [pills]
: Wave: Has anyone here tried Trimspa x32?
It Epedras free and has a number of “new” ingredient called Hoodia.
I know its healthier to do it without pills, and I usually can not be used, but I was curious how people experiences. : Roll Eyes:

Reply:I haven't tried trimspa, other than a few vitamins and minerals I don't take diet pills, however I have heard a lot of buzz about Hoodia, and depending on the results of the phase II clinical trials that are being done on it, it might be very promising.
Just be careful with the supplements out there that now claim to contain it – in a few cases, studies have shown that when these pills where examined they contained absolutely zero traces of Hoodia.

Reply:I have been taking Trimspa for about two weeks now. It seems to be doing what it claims to do. It definitly curbs my appetite and I do get full faster. I am only taking 1 before meals. It also totally cuts my craving for sweets. I do not crave them at all, and I was the kind of person that after my meals needed something sweet. I have not had any sweets in over a week and also no desire at all for them.
It doenst make me feel any different. They only thing i do notice is I have a little trouble falling asleep at night and it may be the from the caffine in the pills, but I also work out late at night and this may also be the reason i have trouble falling asleep. But that is my only complaint about Trimspa at the moment.
I honestly cant say if I have lost any weight, because I just bought a scale on sunday so I finally weighed myself so I will know this weekend when i weigh myself again if the pills are working. I really dont have too much weight to lose. I would like to lose about 15 lbs.
I am also working out for 30 minutes a day and drinking tons of water. Remember there is no miracle pill. You cant eat Mcdonalds every day, be a couch potato take Trim spa and expect it to work.
So far I am happy with Trim spa and would definitly reccomend it, But
everyone is different. I have real a lot of negative and positive feedback on Trimspa.
