Trying to get rid of Jelly Belly [jelly belly] [exercises]

Quick Question:

How many sit-ups a person would have to do one day to see results within one month? and does anyone know of good that can be done to your stomach flat. I only have about 30 minutes. during the day to exercise while the baby sleeps.

Reply:If you have a belly, im sorry to say that no matter what number of crunches you do, the belly will not go away. This was one of my first questions – The "jelly" in your belly must be lost before you see any difference in your abs. This is my problem, too – What I was told and probably would be the same for you is to do ALOT of cardio to burn off the fat in the stomach area. If I were you, I would start by doing a variety of different crunches, then Cardio. If you like to lift weights, I would do it before the Cardio, too. I was told that the weight lifting and crunches uses the glycoproteins as fuel so when you are ready to do Cardio, the only fuel left is fat to burn.

Point is you won't see any abs results until you burn off the fat over them. I am working at this same thing – I'm doing a mild set of weight lifting and 25 minutes of Cardio everyday (with an occasional ab set in between). Hope this helped – Good luck!
