Unhealthy Weight Loss? [unhealthy weight loss] [eating habits]

Back in April this year I have my weight in physical at 165 pounds. I then pointed to the max, and terrible food, not to excersise all.

I have never been able to lose weight very well, so I just decided that my for my health than my weight. When I was about 58 to 165 wordenovergewichtop lbs

Now, its August, and I weigh in at 145-150 pounds . (Depending on what time of day I weigh myself). Ive went from a 39-inch waist to 37. It kinda freaks me out. I have excersise, but not a crazy amount, and Im not perfect with my .

Im wondering if a drop of almost 20 pounds in 5 months is a bit extreme and so I could kind of disease or when Im hungry my body or something?

I feel fine . Never tired, never noted so much more. I eat my 5 small meals a day, myself never hungry or missing a meal. I am losing weight at an unhealthy rate and should I go to my doctor?
