Vegetarians question for you, or someone with a suggestion! [sourdough bread] [grilled chicken]

I eat fish, chopped chicken all together, but I want to start again including Baked or roasted over 3oz. or add it to my salads, I felt better, maybe sand once a month. It has a lot of protein and is very filling. seafood mercury thing is yes, please some feedback! How much you eat or eat chicken at all! very low carb too! : Nono: or: cool: I do not eat white products as wheat or at one, only eat two slices of bread a day, cut down on my sweets, just coffee, herbal green tea, unsweetened juices and drinks!


Reply:I don't eat very much meat, like for dinner I'll either have a piece of chicken breast, small piece of steak, pork chops, or some kind of good quality protein (organic of course ;) . For lunch occasionally, at school, I'll get a sandwich with mustard and lettuce, and I'm sooo happy they have wheat buns and that is usually about once or 2x a week. Usually I'll have a protein bar ( I pack for lunch). So, poultry is usually 2x a week, but I always have a good quality meat for dinner. To sum it up, I usually only eat a small amount of meat once a day, except at school once or 2x a week. :)

I don't eat red meat or pork , never did care for it !!
