Vegetarians question for you, or someone with a suggestion! [sourdough bread] [grilled chicken]
I eat fish, chopped chicken all together, but I want to start again including Baked or roasted over 3oz. or add it to my salads, I felt better, maybe grilled chicken sand once a month. It has a lot of protein and is very filling. seafood mercury thing is yes, please some feedback!
