Hello my name is Guy Im using currently running the pounds, but dont seem to help in my weightloss I try to see I keep it or to try something else. Ive heard that the company is better that I need to know is somebody tried, if so, how were you results.I figure to ask you, because soon I will soon try to break everything pop on TV about his weightloss . There buy that much when on the exercise equipment weight loss diet pills make you all think it will do trick.I tell you these people are making millions off people like us.

Reply:The Firm tapes are fantastic. They will definitely give you a great workout and will firm and define you if you wish to maintain your present weight. However,if you are trying to lose, you will still have to watch calorie intake. I've used The Firm videos for years now–am 48 years old–they have helped me maintain the body of a 28 year old. I have also done weight training, running, treadmills, ski machines, stair climbers and I can honestly say that The Firm videos should give you a great all-around workout. They have several different tapes so if you get bored you can always add to your collection and rotate different ones.

Reply:I'm a FIRM believer. It definitely takes resistance training to change the shape of your body. I love the FIRM because you get both cardio and muscle strengthening/ toning.

Reply:I LOVE my Firm tapes. I've never tried WATP, but I know The Firm does give you really good results, and kicks your butt too! lol! I haven't done them in months, and Tuesday night I did a 1/2 hr of Cardio Sculpt and my butt is still sore. I love walking, but I don't feel like I get as good of a work out asw when I do the Firm tapes. When I sweat bullets I know I'm getting a good workout! I got the 2nd version of The Firm with the new sculpting stick, I think I'll try it out tonight! ;)

Reply:Hi guy! I have both of the videos you're talking about. It's hard to compare the two, because they're different types of exercise. Using the FIRM series, you are concentrating on toning by using weights. Using the WATP video, you're doing cardio. I don't think one is necessarily better than the other, because they're just different types of exercise. I've actually found that a combination of cardio & weights is best.

I've found that when I use my WATP video, I get a better workout if I really try to concentrate on exaggerating my moves. For example, when you do your knee lifts, don't just casually lift your knee a little – try to lift it high. As you're doing each exercise, concentrate on the muscles being used at that time. The more you focus on them, the harder you'll work them. Hope this isn't too confusing.

I really do like my FIRM tapes, but I don't think I'd do them by themselves. I like to try to combine them with either my WATP video, a Taebo video or a few miles on my treadmill. When I'm not in a rut like I've been in lately, I like to do a FIRM video twice a week, and one of those other types of exercise twice a week. I get a good combination of cardio & weights, and I don't get bored of doing the same thing all the time.

Hope this helps!

Reply:Hi Cla, I have found that walking outside works for me. I could not do a tape. I walk 3 miles a day. I go out for my 20 min break at work and do a little over a mile.
then at lunch for my half hr I will go out and do another mile and a half to 2 miles. It really feels great and gives you energy.
good luck to you and dont get frustrated and give up.
you can do it……

Reply:I think a few people have the FIRM. I don't do well with exercize videos, i never want to do them. So I go to the gym instead, keeps me more accountable for keeping my heartrate up.
