Want to five pounds of “Holiday” and depression waste! [lame excuse] [quot]

Hello, everyone. I am 30 pounds in the summer (155-125). I then got pregnant in October and lost the baby in December. I think a depression got the better of me began to eat comfort foods and stopped exercising. I just did not feel that caring for myself. I know its a for gaining weight, but its true. That, combined with the Holiday treats, brought me to about 4 pounds to get. I am now 129 (I , only 55 “). Grrrr!

Not trying to make excuses, you all wanted to know the background.

Im really mad at myself for letting this happen.

My plan to return to the habits I had when I lose weight (though perhaps not as extreme) and restart the exercise. Im not a big fan of vegetables, so I will try to salads and a lot of broccoli / cauliflower / carrot mix (thats about all I can have as many vegetables) 0.

sorry state hiking food. Just wanted all out to get. I am pregnant again wanting to get by I will in prime shape when that happens. This will make it easier to take the weight off after baby.

I know this is a small target, but its great for me.:) I want my 4s to fit right back!

Hope you all a nice day. Thanks for listening! A advice for getting back on the diet wagon would be great.:) Thanks!

Heather- thanks for welcoming me back. I got out of the habit of posting because I was so unmotivated! But here I am again. :)

Jowi- I am sorry to hear that you are having problems conceiving. That was not a problem for me! We are still trying to figure out how it possibly happened. We were planning to start trying THIS month! :) I'm hoping that the D&C helped me &;start over.&; Good luck and have fun trying!

Anyway, I have been good today so far (well, I am having a biscotti right now, but I didn't eat much for lunch).

Have a great day and thanks for the kind words!!! :) :)

No Gym? No Excuse!
Reply:Hi Froggie, Im am so sorry to hear about your loss. You have been a big help on this bored for a long time and I just realized I haven't seen you hear in awhile until I saw your post. I know you can do it-4 lbs. isn't that much at all considering what you went through. You have alot of will power and that's obvious from how much you already lost. Im sure you'll still look just as good 4 lbs.heavier also. You can do it!!!

No Equipment, No Excuses – Bodyweight manual
Reply:Small goals can be just as meaningful as larger ones. When you're only 125, 4 pounds can seem like a lot.

I'm sorry about your pg loss. I haven't had a MC, but I have suffered the pain of secondary infertility for over 2 years. It sucks.

It's a great goal to want to be fit before pregnancy and then maintain that through pregnancy. I have one child, and I gained 10 pounds just during the time I was TRYING to get pg! and then continued to gain about 40-50 MORE pounds! I ate like a cow and didn't work out (I had planned to, but early spotting made me 'afraid' to work out)

Next time around, if I am ever able to conceive, I will go into it slim and continue my walking workouts througout. My goal is just to not let my hips and butt bet bigger than my preggo belly (like last time! LOL!) I didn't get any stretch marks on my tummy, but guess where I did get some? HIPS! Yikes!

As for how to lose some weight, just counting cals and working out works for me. Also, of course, remember to take your vitamins since you'll be trying to get pg again soon.

And good luck with that! I wish you well!
