Warning to young people under 25 years [mid twenties] [weight gain]
If you are under 25 and trying to lose weight before you make your mid-twenties, because it will be very difficult after that.
I have met many friends and they all say the same: “I was skinny / in shape until I hit 24 / 25 and then suddenly got a gut / fat / outta shape
It seems that weight gain is common at that age and is still harder.
Also gettting in shape, if youre already in shape – OUT continue to maintain your shape!

Reply:25 seems to be the magic number for a lot of people. Some are lucky and don't feel the slowdown until 30, but I think everyone reaches that point sooner or later where losing weight isn't nearly as easy as it used to be. Even Mark Walberg (Marky Mark) has said it's much harder for him to stay lean than it was when he was younger. Before I turned 25, I could eat like a horse, never exercise, and still stay skinny. After I turned 25, that all changed. Now I have to exercise daily, eat small meals, and avoid junk food and alcohol, all just to MAINTAIN my weight and I'm not even 30 yet. Makes me wonder how hard this'll be when I'm 40. So if you're under 25, enjoy it while it lasts cause it just gets harder later on. Much harder.

Reply:OMG I first tried to go on a diet at 23 and lost 10 pounds the first week and 2 afterwards but stopped and gained it all back and now at 25 its very hard to lose the weight but i have to workout harder and not eat at night!!! and ill be just fine and dandy
