I was wondering, does anyone know where to find out how much a person to weigh based on their length, and how accurate are the statistics?
Ex – Im 50 “and I weigh 110 pounds, and Im 20 years old.
I am told that this is a healthy weight, but I have a big ass and thick thighs.

Reply:Do not pay attention to height/weight charts. They're oversimplifications which is why insurance companies use them. According to a height/weight chart, Governor Arnold is obese and Tom Cruise is overweight. Just worry about body fat percentage.

Reply:It is impossible to give a single weight for any given height. Two people who are the same height and weight could have very different body fat percentages if say one of them was incredibly muscular and the other wasnt.
