Weight loss supplements? [weight loss supplements] [lipovarin]

Hello. I recently joined because I am worried about my health. I have fat on my body and I am out of shape (looks). I work two times a day, 7 days a week, but I also eat a lot. I tried to slow down on eating, but twice I did when I fainted, and another time I threw, and had rushed to the hospital. The point is, I work a lot, I eat a lot, both cancel each other. Ive looked and reseraching for supplements (such as Hydroxycut, , Trimspa, etc) and think they are a good idea.

Please help me with some questions .
What Do these supplements do?
Do they have no bad side effects?
What is the best?

Please in mind that I want to loose fat and gain Muscle.

Thanx In Advance,
guy

Ultimate Weight Loss Revealed!
Reply:I will try to follow that, although it will be hard because I am sort of addicted to the gym. Every time I am pissed, nervous, bored, I hit the gym. Anyway, I will try that for a month, and hopefully I will see a difference.

So you do not reccomend the supplements at all? What about after I loose weight, Can I use them for Muscle Mass?

My Weight Loss Mindset
Reply:How long have you been doing this for?

What you are doing is NOT healthy, sounds like you're over-excising…You need at least one day of rest, and should not workout more than once a day. You keep that up, and your body is going to continue storing any food you take in as FAT, no matter how much you workout – because you're probably burning too many calories & your body will go into starvation mode (yes, you may be eating all day, but if you burn off all the calories you consume in a day, that starves the body).

You don't need supplements, what you need to do is get smart about what you're doing to your body. If you're trying to gain muscle & loose fat, you need a good cardio & weighlifting mix. I suggest cardio for 25 minutes 4 days a week, and weight lifting 2-3x a week (not back to back, every other day, or every 2 days). You need 1-2 rest days a week – if you're working out 7 days a week, that doesn't give your body time to repair it's muscles. Think of weight lifting as "muscle damage", you're stretching & expanding them when you work them hard, they cannot fill out & heal if you don't give them an "off" day to complete the process.

If you cut your workouts down & follow what I have said, you should start noticing a difference. You'll eat less too because your body won't be starving for calories. Try to eat foods high in fiber, they tend to fill you up pretty well, and as always when trying to build muscle, make sure you are getting plenty of Protein in your diet.
