Weight Watchers points? [weight watchers points] [frined]
Has anyone used Weight Watchers points program? My frineds recommended it to me. I know that for her has helped her lose about 20 pounds and she is about 2 sizes smaller. She did weight watchers and exercise of course. Has anyone else had success with this? Im 15, 54, and 162
