Weight Watchers question [weight watchers] [hello everyone]
Hello everyone, I have one little question, because Im a bit confused.
A few years ago my mother and aunt was in Weight Watchers, so I wanted to do. I did pretty good with her and lost weight, but when I play out, because I think I get lazy. But since then I tried to get back on and I would like to do on and off for 2 years. I just decided to stop “trying” to do and just do it and Ive made it through nearly a week without problems. But I decided to count how many calories I get just to see, and even though I eat 20 points, and even 1 or 2 Flex points, Im only getting about 1,000 calories. I always thought that going below 1200 is not good, so Im not sure what to do. Is this normal or am I somehow wrong?
Reply:Thanks for the quick responses, I'm glad to know that I don't have to quit WW or anything. And thanks for the info on calorie requirements. I have researched a bit about the core plan but if I'm given too much "freedom" I will eat way too much, I need the point system so I can be strict with myself.
Thanks again ![]()
Reply:The 1,200 figure is an average. Everyone is different. If you are doing fine eating as you are now, I'd keep it up!
Reply:I agree…just keep up the good work. The Value to not go below for women is 1000 and 1200 for men. (Generally)
But going below 1000 on any given day is not a major problem it is doing it for an extended period of time.
Reply:just give it more time.
''WW'' is a great way to lose and safe.
try ''WW'' core plan? maybe that would work better for you?
just never go below 1000 calories a day.
I wish you the best.
