What foods are low in both carbs and calories? [counting calories] [plateau]
Hi guys! Ive been counting calories for a while. I lost about 14 to 15 pounds to do this and Im very close to my goal, but I have now stalled. The scale is barely moving. So I decided that for two weeks I go to my carb intake slightly lower u0026 to see whether this is me this platform. If it works, I continue to longer.
I t try to drastic, I just want to hold up to 100 grams of carbs or less per day (and my calorie limit 1200). At this moment I am still about 150-160g per day, so Im cutting about 1 / 3 of them. If I am working and Im not too hard a time with it, maybe I go 75g/day.
Can me some suggestions for foods low in both calories carbohydrates u0026? I know that meat is very suitable for low carbohydrates and some vegetables. But can you give me some more suggestions? I do not live alone but u0026 meat salad for the next two weeks – I need more variety or I will not stick to it.

I am in the same scenario as you, i have lost 16 pounds from cutting calories, now i am trying to find some replacements for Carbs… Any suggestions??
