-oatmeal
-english muffin
- toast
- a piece of fruit
-a high fiber cereal
- eggs

for lunch
- salad
- tunafish
-turkey
-chicken

for snacks
-pretzels
-fruit (apple)
-carrot&celery sticks
-nuts

for dinner
try to keep it light
and easy way to do this is to buy a frozen dinner from weight watchers or healthy choice
