What on Earth is Going On? [looking in the mirror] [poin]

Hi everyone. Im almost 13, 52 and 108 pounds. I know this is not great, but Im still extremelu unhappy with myself. Last summer I was 116 pounds and I started excersizing and good food for the first time. I got to 103 pounds. Then I got 5 lbs. I am trying to get to 100 pounds by February or at least as far as I can get. I excersizing 2 to 3 hours a day really just cardio. Im constantly every part of my research. Im just at the point where I do not know what is going on. Im on the verge of anorexia or just a normal teenager with body image issues? Im so lost. Someone please help. Or at least words of encouragement would be wonderful! Thanks to everyone. :)


Reply:I think it's normal for girls to be preoccupied with their body..especially with all the media craze over body image..just realize when you're taking it too far…you're young, you shouldn't be going crazy over weight…it's great that you eat healthy and exercise but don't obsess over it.

anyways…considering your age and height you shouldn't go below 103 lbs…that's the absolute minimum for a healthy body weight…108 sounds great!

accept yourself for who you are…you need to realize that your body is beautiful and everyone is different..you can't compare yourself others
