What really works? [time in my life]
Hey everyone! Can anyone tell me what they have tried that actually worked long term for the terrible losses of the last 10-15 lbs and keep it off? If anyone is interested, I thought a new thread would be nice to all your knowledge to consolidate our new members. For me, the last thing I tried that worked was phen-fen, and unfortunately it is now illegal. It was the only time in my life that Im actually happy with my body. So here are my stats:

150lbs
size 10
large frame
I want to lose 10-15 pounds.
Is anyone else out there like me who have found something that works?

Like the previous posters said; everyone is different. Sometimes we just have to play around with our way of eating & exercise plans to see what works. I'll be the first to admit–sometimes I think losing the last 10-15 is harder than losing a larger amount! That's what it seems like anyway. I hope you find what you are looking for–this board has some inspiring ideas!

Reply:Agreed. Some people did well with the low-cal, low-fat plans, whether Weight Watchers or whatever. For me low-carb was the key . . . and I know of people who succeed on one low-carb plan but couldn't stick with others.
We are all different, and it can be a little frustrating finding what works!
