Reply:How about subway? They have healthy sandwhiches. Eating at home would be much cheaper though. You can get chicken, tuna, etc. for cheap. It may seem like it takes longer, but I can cook a meal for my family of 6 before my husband can get back from the drive-thru at McD's.

I know at the I work at we are starting to get healthier choices. Like someone mentioned you can get a side salad for $1 but beleive me you will want to get the light dressing. Also if you chose to get a sandwich skip the mayo. By removing the mayo off a sandwich you save 100cals and 11fats. Hope this helps.

Reply:The healthiest cheap fast/restuarant food would be a salad…if I'm not mistaken, I think McDonald's has a $1.00 side salad if you want to go really cheap – if you can afford more go with there dinner salad with grilled chicken (don't get any kind of breaded chicken) and a low fat dressing. I don't know any restuarant that doesn't serve some kind of salad. I know McDonald's and KFC have a calorie calculator online so u can figure out just how much you are taking in…also, Applebee's has a weight watchers menu that tells you the points…hope this helps!
