When is the best time to weigh yourself [best time]
I was wondering if it is the most accurate measurement, or the best time to weigh yourself? I thought it was usually early in the morning, but Im not sure.

Reply:I am fond of EVERY DAY, first think in the morning, after the bathroom, before even a glass of water, without clothes…then I record it at the top of the calorie log for the coming day.
If you weigh at any other time of the day, you are weighing the various amounts of foods and liquids you've added during the day. So then often you are comparing apples and oranges. Also, stripping off clothes mid-day is often less convenient…especially if at work!:D

Reply:The most important thing is that it is the same time of day. Recently, I heard the best time is late afternoon, right before dinner. I think this has something to do with the scales that calculate body fat . . . presumably you are better hydrated in the afternoon than first thing in the morning.

Reply:Yes, first thing in the morning, after you go to the bathroom and I assume you are a woman so also make sure its the same time of the month. Maybe for example day 14 of your cycle every month because your weight can fluctuate with your cycle.
