When should you start counting . [protein] [sleep]
what you have eaten? Lets say I had anything to eat at midnight or 1am cuz I was at a party. Should I start counting that towards my next days cals / fat / protein? or does it matter what I go to sleep and wake up? I want to make sure Im counting things right. Thanks for any responses.

Reply:I too count from when I wake up, unless I dont go to sleep that night then the first thing I eat after 5 am
