Whey Protein shakes and diet plan [whey protein shakes] [diet plan]

I wonder if it might be good to take in my diet. If I shake 110 calories every two hours from breakfast to dinner – which is also 5 shakes a day and then a healthy dinner. I would too much protein? Has anyone tried this?


Reply:That Would Probably be too much protein and not enough other foods. You would be Lacking many nutrients as well. If you want to do something like that then I would suggest you find a good Meal Replacement Type shake tht is high in protein.
