YAHOOOO! 4.5 Pounds in 5 days! [diet] [body type]

Sounds like you've had great success with this , which is great. How come you keep having to go on it if you had such great results the first few times, and the weight is easy to keep off? Are you trying to lose more and more, or did the weight eventually come back?

Also, I'm confused with how you've written your plan (ie. 1/2 an orange and then 1/3 of an orange? And what do you have in the pita? Lettuce?)

I am trying to lose more then that.. I have lost a grand total of 21 pounds but I would like to lose 15 more………The orange is supposed to be halved and the apple in thirds (only eat one third) Also you put the turkey in the pita…. If you like you can also add lettuce, tomatoes, or whatever veggies you like!!! GOOD LUCK

Reply:Strawberry lite 85 tastes best you can use 1 of the small induvidual sized cups or use the big tubs and eat 3/4 cup

Reply:I would appreciateit if you werent sarcastic. I just didnt want to type it all out if nobody was on.. Okay i am 14 and I always use this great for a few weeks to lose a lot of weight quickly and then it seems easy to keep off.

Breakfast Day 1:
1/2 a grapefruit with 1 tblsp sugar max!!!
3/4 cup of Lite 85 yogurt ( it is fat free and sweetened with splenda )

Lunch Day 1:
Half of pita pocket ( equals half of a circle )
mustard
2 slices oscar mayer smoked turkey 98% fat free ( you can buy this at walmart neighborhood markets )
iced tea sweetened with splenda
lettuce with fat free italian dressing
1/2 orange
1/3 orange
green beans

Dinner Day 1:
Same as lunch or just eat REALLY CAREFULLY!! stay low cal.
You will stay full most of the day and if you get hungry simply eat fruit until you are full
