Yogurt servings? [local dessert] [frozen yogurt]
I love the frozen yogurt dessert from a local place here, and when I looked up the nutrition information on their website it said it has 80 calories in 1 / 2 cup serving. Well, they do not care to work as a “small” is considered a service, and “medium” being two servings . etc. I do not know, a terrible Laid calorie treat, but I want to be sure, since Im counting calories. Does anyone know? Or an educated guess? Thanks in advance!

Reply:I brought the cup/bowl home one time, filled it up & emptied it into a measuring cup! I can't remember if the small was 1/2 or 1 cup.

Reply:You'll just have to eyeball it compared to what you envision as a half cup.
It sounds about right from my experience with soft ice cream: small = 1/2 cupful and medium = 1 cupful
